Our story
Tenerife has been a part of our family for many years.
My wife spent her childhood holidays here every year, and in 2011 we explored the island together for the first time. Since then, we have returned again and again, later with our children, and have come to love the island together – its beauty, its people, and also its challenges.
In my professional life, I've always been someone who solves problems and actually gets things done. At some point, I asked myself why I don't bring that mindset to where we feel at home.
Since we now live on the island ourselves, we see everyday life up close and feel the desire to make a positive difference all the more strongly.
Today, the Islaterra Group is a small family start-up, a single drop in the ocean. But every drop is a beginning. And if it stems from conviction, something can grow that gives hope and creates real benefits. For the people here and for the nature that makes this island so special.
