I know garage businesses from every perspective, from the workshop to customer service and sales, right through to management.

My career in the automotive industry began with an apprenticeship as an automotive mechanic and led through roles as service manager, head of aftersales, operations manager, and finally to the position of managing director of a garage business.

 

With over 20 years of experience in automotive retail, I am familiar with the brands of Volkswagen AG (VW PW, Audi, Seat, Cupra and VW NF) from operational, entrepreneurial and strategic responsibility, including the interfaces between service, sales and management.

 

Today I use this practical knowledge to specifically support garages and car dealerships in terms of structure, processes and entrepreneurial decisions.

 

My current residence is in Tenerife. Therefore, collaboration usually takes place efficiently and in a structured manner remotely, which is technically feasible today.

 

For larger projects or to establish a collaboration, I am happy to meet you in person to get to know your company, your team and your goals.
